Our programs are to be found in petroleum refineries, oil fields, military bases, hotels, hospitals, universities, motion picture studios, central heating/cooling plants, and many others. In all cases we emphasize providing the customer with the most cost-effective program possible.
Suppliers to WEST are chosen because of the quality of their products. Whether it is chemicals, instrumentation, or water treatment equipment, zero defects must be achieved to ensure the consistency and reliability of our programs.
We continuously strive to keep our clients aware of all regulations governing the safe use of our products. Health, safety and environmental protection training, both for our employees and clients, is conducted on a regular basis. WEST ascribes to the Chemical Manufacturer's "Responsible Care" program and we will not recommend a treatment program that represents an unacceptable risk to personnel or the environment.
WEST manages its customer programs with a unique style that involves upper management in the handling of major clients through site visits, quality assurance and troubleshooting on a regular basis. This provides opportunities to work with field employees and pass on lessons learned from many years of experience.
